[NTLK] Virtual PC help

Thanks to everyone who has been helping and giving advice for connecting
Windows.

I've tried Hyper-V and Virtualbox, but neither seem to be able to use a
serial connection properly for the Newton to sync or backup/restore.

I'm running into issues with Virtual PC since it's so old now. I'm trying
to host on Windows 10 using these instructions, but the installer fails

Can anyone describe how they got the *.msu file to install on Windows 10?
Or can you detail your process?

Any help would be appreciated. I have the VMAdditions.iso extracted but I'm
stuck with the Stand Alone Installer.
