Why don’t you try installing it in ReactOS. It should run Win 95/NT Software.
It works just fine in VirtualBox.

If you decide to try it, be sure to download the 0.4.10 NIGHTLY build rather than the 0.4.9 release. Lots of additional bug fixes in the nightly.

ReactOS should be considered a replacement for Windows, especially for supporting older software.
It’s not perfect but it is improving at such a rapid pace that it’s time to start trying it out!
