I didn't see a official download area, so I set up a 32bit ubuntu laptop and built one myself. You can get it at https://newtoncity.org/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&view=category&catid=17&Itemid=196 - it does not include the ROM image, but there are instructions on how to get that on the website.
