In this case, Farallon card or cable must be broken :(

I just check my dongle with the rj45 that is working and there is a number 
on the end connected to Farallon Card “6070664-00-02” and I’m using the same 
Farallon card as you but the back side has this information EA=0000c5490b3c, 
SN=6lf1490b3c and PN:16-0095-000 REV:C.  My other dongle has “6070664-00-01” 
and never worked on both Farallon Card. My second Farallon has PN:16-0035-000
REV:A and only works if I attach the dongle to the card then insert into the 
MP2100.  Hope this helps :)
