I have a similar problem on my LG G4 running Android 6.0. I have the 717006.ROM and Einstein.REX files in SD Card/Download/Einstein and the Einstein-Android-2019-Mar-26.APK in the SD Card/Download folder. I also have Unknown Sources installation allowed. Attempting to install fails without error message.
