Dreaming...

https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/mobiscribe-the-e-ink-notepad#/

It's in its indiegogo funding phase, 800% funded. Android OS, e-paper,
backlight, applications galore, and, IMO, the best part—they've opened
up its API. Its 6.8" unit is ready to ship, and its feature set looks
really good.

Hardware Specifications
- Freescale i.MX6 Processor at 1GHz
- 265 DPI Screen
- Front light with warm/cold glow
- Charge via Micro USB Slot
- 132mmx 175mmx9.8mm
- Weighs 8oz
- 3.7V 1500mAH Li-polymer battery
- 1GB of ram, and 8GB of internal storage
- Expandable with 32GB Micro-SD Card.

Their indiegogo page content shows them being very open and helpful in
their willingness to test and verify all e-book formats. I tried
contacting them moments ago, to ask for a demo unit for testing to
install Einstein on. A receptionist answered, but nobody was in the
office to answer further questions.

I'm dreaming, of course, of a plug-'n'-play platform for Einstein. If
anyone else gets similarly inspired after reading through the page,
please contact me off list!
