[NTLK] Getting Started card mystery

I tested:

1x OMP OS 1.10
1x MP100 OS 1.10
1x MP110 OS 1.2.00
2x MP120 OS 2.0 (515264)
2x MP130 OS 2.0 (525314)

Both Getting Started cards work on all the devices.
