You need a serial a serial2usb adapter, a cable and (for the worst) one of the apple interport adapter. The last one is really difficult to get.

There for I would recommend a internal USB Board. They are really expensive and the price of newtonsales.com <http://newtonsales.com/> are high, but it works great!

I have one in my 2100 and it really works great with NCX and macOS Mojave.
