The windows 10 newton connection package for now needs a slowdown software because it has older hard coded serial timing.  I am working on it to get it to work without but for the time being any software that will allow you to slow down a fast pc will work.  I can’t remember the one I used and will look.  I have an older laptop that works fine but it is really underpowered and runs windows 7.
