[NTLK] Newton software CD images request

OK, I've got to exhibit my ignorance.

On my modern Mac good ole Disk Utility makes .dmg disk images -
exclusively I think. I don't have any other CD/DVD manipulating
software.

How do I make ISO disk images for your project?
