You are looking for kFlashBank1Size and kFlashBank2Size which are defined in TFlash.h . I can't help you with iOS though. According to the hardware documentation, MP2x00 support 8MB additional Flash RAM on the back of the ROM board, but I do not know how they would be mapped into Newton Memory and if direct access to Flash is needed at all.
