[NTLK] "Letter shapes" for defining letter construction

I was way too terse... in the section of the interface where the OS is
told how I do or don't make "Letter shapes," there are a few letters
none of the suggested writing methods of which match the way I write
those letters.

Can those be added into the OS?

...and then, of course, do they need to be added in? Maybe they don't
need to be. After all, HWR seems to work just fine as is.
