[NTLK] Looking for a copy of Packager 2.5

Does anyone have a copy of the disk image for Michael Vacík’s Packager 2.5 utility?

He announced its availability back in 2008, but the Internet Archive doesn’t have a copy of his download page for that version.

The most recent version I can find online is 2.1, but it doesn’t support Intel Macs.

Also, what ever happened to Michael anyway?
