It is currently in the process of being resurrected. I've got a server VM
up and running with new software, the site data, database, and version
history restored from recovered data. I still have some further
configuration to do and upgrades to the code to make it functional under
the new software, but it's getting close.

My apologies for the lack of updates here. I have been posting some to
twitter and doing live streams of the work a day or two a week.
