According to MacTracker:
PowerBook G3 11/97 - 5/98 (Model 3553) uses the 45W M4895 adapter
PowerBook G3 Series 5/95 - 8/98 (Model 4753), the PowerBook G3 Series
(September 1998) 9/98 - 5/99 (also Model 4753), and the PowerBook G3
(Bronze Keyboard) 5/99 - 2/00 (model 5343) all use the 45W M4402 adapter
PowerBook (FireWire) 2/00 - 1/01 (Model 7572) uses the 45W M7332 adapter
