[NTLK] SoftCharge

Well that was a chore. I took the advice given and installed SoftCharge. I searched UNNA and couldn't find the package--searched the Internet and found a site that offered it (and much more). But it was an SIT file! After several failed attempts
I finally downloaded it on the MacBook Pro
and uploaded it to UNNA, and accessed it on the Newton, downloaded it. Problem solved.
