[NTLK] Ever heard of a Newton app named "TapCash"?

The late Hardy Macia of Catamount Software made it for Palm OS and
apparently had at least started on an iOS version. I was wondering if Hardy
had made a Newton version as it isn't in the list of Catamount's Newton
software I have.
