i downloaded the beta and it works really well. it is missing all the more refined and useful gestures of Newton, but as a feature it feels at home on the ipad and i daresay it's about time.

also, thanks to Sylvain I finally have email working on my Newt, so this response comes directly frim a small green screen. i am trying to send it to the list so we will see if it works.
