These 4 hours are only the time I have assumed that I will be able to spend personally. Of course, anyone can appear and disappear at any time. The whole session will be recorded so if someone can't stay till the end they can see the rest later on YT. Of course, it's better to be in a meeting because you can talk and meet others.
