NTLK Identify resident packages

I am using my 2100 with the bottom 12 Mb for important programs, and
the top 12 Mb for programs that can be run, but don't need to be
attached to the Newton - so that I can pop the card out and connect a
Ethernet, modem etc to the Newt and print or browse from the lower
card. Is there a utility that can help me identify if a program has a
GOD code. I get paranoid when I pop a card out and it tells me that
imminent data loss will occur or the card may be damaged if I don't
put it back in RIGHT NOW!

Any know of such a utility. Or should I just freeze everything on the
upper card?
