NTLK Notes scrolling

The best solution I've found for getting scrolling notes is NoteSlider
at http://www.venus.dti.ne.jp/~yos/newton/NoteSlider.html. The page is
in Japanese, but so what.

I don't actually use the scroll part, just the drag and move aspect of
things. It lets me scroll half pages, basically, and that's nice.
Actually, habit forming once you're used to it.

Anyway, try it out, it's good. I'm not sure about its heap usage,
though, I sometimes get funny behavior. Who knows, try it out!
