Right now, I'm using 10BaseT Ethernet between my B&W G3 (that has built-in
Ethernet), hooked to a little Ethernet hub, and my MP2100 with the Farallon
EtherWave Ethernet card, also hooked to the hub.

Before that, I had a crossover Ethernet cable to connect my B&W G3 to an
Asante AsanteTalk router, and my MP2100 was connected to the router using an
old Apple LocalTalk connector. The AsanteTalk router basically routes
Ethernet packets to a LocalTalk network (all packets are AppleTalk, though,
only the network support is different).

HTH.
