NTLK Hard reset & password

To the best of my knowledge, it will. The use of the password is to
protect a user's data. But if you do a hard reset all the data, at least
that in the internal memory, will be gone, thus there's no need for a
password anymore.
I'm not sure, though, what happens to data on a card that has been
password protected before the hard reset. Maybe someone else can enlighten
us here.
