    WARNING- BarKeep/GestureLaunch, the buttonbar/scripting components of
NewtCase, are also not compatible with Startbar or ButtonBarPlus. This is
really inherent in the whole button bar replacement genre - multiple apps
will fight for control of the button bar area, usually with unpleasant
results. GestureLaunch is, however, compatible with Dash Board (we have a
special version for this). None of this affects the operation of the
freeze/thaw functionality in Package Manager and Extensions Manager, though.
