Hi Laurent
Thanks for your help.
There seem to have been some further underlying problems with the memory. So
I am doing a wipe & restore. I hope that works.
Long live the Newton.
By the way I have a program called OnTap 2.2 by QuantaStep a UK company no
longer with us. It is a two part program to develop forms and order systems.
I have the password for the Mac part but not for the Newton companion and
the 4 page A4 leaflet. It is scanned into a self extracting archive of about
1.2M Are you interested can you help? I have tried everywhere to trace them
