Thanks to all,
Indeed by removing *everything*, I was able to access my Newton. This
morning, it is the screen that was frozen and ?darker?! Again, I removed my
modem card, the batteries and the memory card and it worked again, but I
haven't put back the rechargeable batt in. Stupid question but can the Apple
recharg. batt. be dead?
