I'm no expert here, but I believe that UniFEP is the Japanese localized
version of NOS. I recently purchased a 10MB flash card that *used* to
have UniFEP for NOS 2.1 on it - until the previous owner wiped the card.
Oops.

If you aren't seeing japanses characters though, there might be another
package missing somewhere...
