NTLK -8007 error...what's up?

Hi!

Okay, I've been reading all about Hemlock and I have to say that this is
almost unbelievable! Is there anything the Newton can't do?!

But as I was reading, I found this intriguing sentence:

"Hemlock seems to have compatibility problems with BarKeep, a button bar
utility, which generates -8007 errors. BarKeep's author is looking into the
issue."

This is interesting to me because I have been getting a -8007 error on boot
lately and yesterday I noticed that the alarm clock icon that I have on my
button bar has a big X through it during the boot process. I don't have
BarKeep installed but I am using Gesture Launch which includes the
capability of adjusting button bar properties. What's the connection? I
looked up the -8007 error but as is often the case, the definition was
meaningless to me. Does it have to do with my GestureLaunch settings?
