i checked the old address

but it only has a pointer to this new address. a traceroute from here
makes it to the subnet router
router-bf-ck.wasko.pl (212.106.129.254)
but the actual host
ypsilon.wasko.pl (212.106.129.232) (aka www.wnet.silesia.pl)
does not respond.
hopefully it's just a temporary machine problem?
