I've tries quite a few and I would advice Gesture Launch, which is bundled
in NewtCase with quite a few other handy utilities, you'll find that you get
a very versatile ButtonBar enhancement that will do a lot more than just
another utility.
If you find GL hard to work with you can try DashBoard, gives a bit of the
same functionality though you won't be able to launch as many scripts from
it.
