Seems I've seen a few mention of Cincinnati. That seems reasonnable,
since it's quite centralized.

So, how many in favor? What time of the year? I know that someone
mentioned he was from Cincinnati. Any idea about what would be a good
time for such a meeting? I assume we would do that over a weekend?

Any other thoughts?
