I am very sad that I send my eMate 300 to the bidder in Japan, and he said
that the Touch screen was broken. I could not believe the the touch screen
was broken through the process of mail, because the eMate was strong enough
and I put it carefully in the box and with protection.
Could any body tell us how can I contact Dr. Newton to repair? Or, could
anybody have any idea on it.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Thankyou.
