Well, it isn't all that bad. After all, there's all those shrink-wrapped
blocks of cheese as well. :-)

Now, I've not been to Fresh Fields or other such upscale grocery store.
Perhaps they have such provisions there.

And to those who were remarking about arterial ramifications, I've been
learning that a determined and motivated cook (my wife) can do miracles in
terms of low-fat/low-cal/low-sugar cooking. You know, bake the fries
instead of deep fat frying, that sort of thing. (Of course, where's the
sport in that, right? :-) ) Even w/o precautions, it probably still isn't
as bad as your basic 2000 calorie blooming onion.
