Re: [NTLK] Ethernet

Hello,

I just got the ethernet working on my 3Com 3CCE589ET card. The thing I
missed was 'make sure you install the Farallon drivers'. Even when using a
3Com card. After I installed them everything worked perfectly.

Also, a link is NOT made until you load an app that uses the card (
Nethopper for IP, or Dock for Appletalk, etc.). So NOT seeing a link light
until you start something that uses the card is the norm.

Just follow the directions carefully, make sure you have a compatible card,
and you should be golden.

Good luck,
David
