If you find such tool tell me what it is, I have 3 bolts on the disk rotor
on my mountain bike I can't get off because of a very similar problem
(granted they are allen bolts but..)

:) No, it=B4s not a problem with the screwdrivers, it really is the screw
itself... I tried to loosen it with a Torx screwdriver (like you should).
No luck, it=B4s stuck, the Torx screwdriver starts to dig into the metal. I
tried Philips and standard screwdrivers. Those that didn=B4t break did only
dig into the metal of the screw, making all later attempts harder.
I think I need some special tool to get it out.
