Wouldnt the power requirements alone be a bad thing
for use in newt? Ethernet is a power hog, and since a
hard disk can be powered from firewire I doubt it is
something you want to try. I bet the firewire cards
are cardbus anyways. I think usb cards would be much
more interesting, just for connectivity.
