OK. I guess I assumed that Apple had granted permission for it to be
posted. One wonders, then, if there's a limit on the time a copyright
holder has in which to defend their copyright or else lose it. Or else NCU
just isn't a technology that Apple feels is worthy of protecting. I have
the feeling NOS or HWR would be an entirely different matter.
