While I was testing NewtDump I recall exporting the NIE 2.0 main package
as a test - it has about 11 parts of various types and sizes, and Sloup
did just fine. So unless there's something in the Dragon package out of
spec or maybe it defines a part type that Sloup doesn't know about???
