What sort of math functions exsist for the newton? I'm not an expert but I
look at 10Mhz TI Calcs (probably with Many Math chips and ask why a 2D or 3D
non real time program couldn't exsist.

SOrry, the ramblings of a person recently back to the newton. Maybe things
have moved from when I left 1.5 years ago.

BTW: Is there a central list of things being done for the newton? Like
developers currently working on something etc?

THanks

Kerwin,
as far as I know there is nothing for the Newton. Autodesk did also stop to
continue maintenance of ACAD for MacOS with version 10 or 11 (they're now
just after Release14, ACAD2000). I would be really nice to have an ACAD
viewer, but possibly for DXF files. The catch is to transform the plain
ASCII text of the DXF file into graphical objects on the Newton. This
program would have to generate also 2D images of 3D objects and thus needs a
sort of raytracing.
