[NTLK] What happened with Sunburst ?

Today I discovered that Sunburst (Sunburst Communications, 101 Castleton
Street, Pleasantville NY 10570 with chief engineer Steven Grosmark) is no
more. I can still find results for that company with Google, but I cannot
access Sunburst.

They used to produce a number of Software titles for the Newton education
market. Their titles included:

Author's Toolkit;
Grade Point;
Learner Profile;
Type To Learn (which is a nice typing tutor for the elementary school)

Does anyone know anything about that software?
Any working links (even to demos) would be appreciated.
