Nope, it isn't but when you lose regulatory rulings, you impose something
stupid like PPPoE on your users and your resellers. Oh well, at least the
bandwidth is still unlimited.

Coming close to two years now in Canada, with no particular sign of it
going away. I am busy trying to find an ISP willing to offer "corporate"
DSL (real static IPs) to home users willing to pay the premium.
