well based on the Very Little I know about programming, if an array
index steps 'out of bounds' then it can overwrite neighbouring data in
memory. This is often very disquieting for a standard PC. However, under
the Newton architecture, this may not be the case. someone will tell
you.. [HAhaha Laurent]

Also, I have read/been told that mailing pkgs to yourself is, at best,
an unreliable method of loading programs onto the Newt. However, in my
dongle-less days, I would use SimpleMail all the time to do that very
thing, for the most part without incident. You simply use Put Away and
select Extras. If it works, good, if it doesn't, it shouldn't be
surprising.
