It sounds like it could be a DNS problem. So, it sounds like you have a DNS
server added to your Internet Setup? (I presume you've tried it with and
without and it fails both ways?) Have you tried entering an IP address only
into Nethopper and see if it resolves? (Try http://192.76.177.18/)

P.S. You're sure there are no MAC address filters or anything on the
network? We use 'em at work to restrict wireless access to approved
devices...
