I think David (Mr. PCBman) is completely right, saying that this is a great
idea looking from 30.000ft. On ground you have all the problems with
administration, to decide who wil get how much money out of the fund and so
on.
So I think the better solution is to accept a somewhat higher price for a
development and then also BUY it!
