All of this will be contingent on the business plan that we draw up. I really think
that a central organization would be good and help guide the development. We
need to think in phases of development, and creating a new PDA cannot be the
first phase due to the resources needed.

We will not have the financial clout in the beginning, but if we plan it right, we
might after a few years.
