I use NCU (Newton Connection Utilities) and import & export to Newton Works
daily through a serial connection to my Win98 machine. NewtWorks doc saves
as a .rtf (Rich Text) and I still retain the formatting and picts.

Now my issue is there a way to get QF spreadsheets to my desktop without
using QF Exchange and Excel. I use Open Office.
