[NTLK] ViewFrame: how to remove a frame from a soup entry?

I am still lost with NewtonScript. Can someone give me a hint how I would
use either ViewFrame or Inspector (VW preferred, because I don't have a
ser. connection working yet since my move where I left most things
behind) to remove a frame slot(?) from a soup entry I see?

In particular, I see a Names entry where there's a field that's not
working any more (a dead link to another card), and I do not have the
software to remove it. Instead, I'd just like to remove it where I see it
in VF.
E.g, I can assign either the soup entry or the field I want to delete to
"x" (thru the cmd in the "+" menu). Now, I guess all I need is the name
of the "removeslot" function and the proper syntax for it.

After assigning the chosen soup entry to "x", I tried something like:

 x.removeslot 'MI:SilverWARE

How close did I come to the correct way?
