Daniel,

The notes play at the volume level bar found in the extra's panel after
I press the reset button on the back of the Newt. The volume on
Bernie's Book reader does not change.

     The speech preferences are in the In/Out box. tapping the "i"
button.
But there's no volume control for the voice synthesis, does that happen
only with Bernie's book reader? Do the notes playback better?
