[NTLK] PrintLink does nothing?

Hi, just a quick query to anyone using PrintLink to print via a serial
link to a PC printer - how do you make it work? I found the readme file
explaining the need to use the HP DeskWriter driver on the newton, and
when I try to print the PrintLink dialog does say it is receiving a
page and then processing it, but the Real Time Preview pane remains
blank and at the end nothing comes out of my printer. :(

Does this software need to be registered to actually function? If so,
does anyone know who to contact? The web site listed has no mention of
this software.
