You want NAMIGATOR. It will let you look up names by writing the name in a
box and then pop-up the Names application to that name.
Also, if you're running Entourage 2001 or v.X, there is a program called
Newtourage that will sync the names between Entourage and the Newt. The
developer is also working on a Date sync.
